I did find https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat which is a little less clear, but seems to work.
(And yes, I know that QOS is not the right way to address bufferbloat, but it may be the only option available to many of us.)
Anyway, in case you would decide to buy a mesh Wifi network, TP-Link has a cheap(er) product called the Deco M4.

Ziggo increased their bandwidth again (and their pricing, let's not go there) so I checked my QoS based anti-bufferbloat recipe again. Results: it still works 😊

This is an interesting (and very technical) subject, so skip it if you don't care 😇. Simply put, your router / Wifi access point is a little dumb, and is so busy with downloads that it can't do concurrent uploads fast enough.
It's fixable (somewhat) by using QoS, as I tried on my Archer C7 v3.
