This is a Frankenblocks baseplate designed for Lego Technic.

Description
FB-10035-3 is the standard baseplate for regular Lego bits and pieces. This is its counterpart, FB-10042-2, designed for Lego Technic. I've included the older version as well.
FB-10042-2 has eight additional studs.
FB-10042-3 has eight additonal studds and 4 additional Lego Technic holes.
