Netflix does bring a lot of Anime lately. Some of it awful, some of it not that bad. Some of it... euh... incomplete.
To quote Trump: sad.
Story
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress looked very promising. Reviews were positive, and when I sampled it the art style was a bit old fashioned (which I like). Theme? Undead / half-undead / end of the world.
Mwoah. Could be okayish...
Movie
But it's the movie... That is, 3 episodes. A movie split up over three episodes, but the whole preceding television series is missing.
Which makes the movie confusing. And a lot less fun.
Netflix, get that series online as well. Otherwise this is simply a bummer. Unless you want me to download it from a less legal source...
The verdict
A missed chance...
Netflix: redeem yourself. Bring us the series as well!
